If you have forgotten your password click on the "Lost Password" link under the Login button, and you will be taken to a page where you can enter your username and the email account regisitered on the site, and the website will generate a new password for you and send it to the registered email. 

Note that once you get the new password from the site you can change it to something easier to remember by going to the "Edit Profile" menu item under "Member Menu" on the left hand side of the home page.  You may need to refresh the page after logging in by clicking on the "Home" menu item on the left hand side of the home page in order to see the Member Menu.  Then click on the "Edit" tab near the top of the profile page to change your password and any other details.
